Meike Schönhütte. Atelier de la danza, Málaga.

As a professionally trained dancer and choreographer I discovered very early in my career that I felt the urge to create dance projects in the educational field as well as in the professional area. While I was still dancing for other dance companies I started to organize my first projects, later, I studied marketing and communication and started to work for different dance festivals and dance companies like for example Tanz im August, Berlin, but I also worked as an event manager and choreographer for brands like Movistar, Coca-Cola, and Worten, as well as in huge basketball competitions like LIGA ACB, Eurocup and Euroleague.

I was born and brought up in Germany, but since 1998 I am living and working in Málaga, Spain, where I had the chance to carry out a huge number of dance projects related to contemporary dance.
